WARDROBE CHANGE CAMPAIGN
The Wardrobe Change Campaign was implemented by the Irish Environmental Network and World Vision Ireland, assisted by ECO-UNESCO and Social Justice Ireland. The campaign included policy publications and reports, a podcast series, and a short film. Together with 25 partners across 15 countries, World Vision Ireland and the Irish Environmental Network are part of Make Europe Sustainable for All, an EU-funded project that aims to raise awareness and encourage action to be taken for the Sustainable Development Goals. The campaign #WardrobeChange calls for radical transformation of the textile industry.
“Wardrobe Change Campaign aligns with our mission for industry stakeholders to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals into their business models, incorporate circular production solutions, highlight key innovations and facilitate knowledge sharing.”

Set in the context of the current pandemic, the series highlighted the need to rethink how we design, make, wear, and re-use our clothes for a more sustainable future for people and planet.
